Looks like a home made hobby job to me. Had a neighbor that was a machinist and he used to make up neat little guns for fun. He would take them to the range, shoot them and then ???

How much did it sell for at the gun show? Value is hard to figure out for a homemade brass framed .22 short derringer. It is probably not particularly valuable -- maybe around $150 -- but if you put a price tag of $400 on it you might sell it to a collector eventually.
