Default How many full size 1911 fans?

I am a full size 1911 fan. It just fits my hand perfectly. Does anyone else feel this way?

To like and to have are two different things...

    I like...

    But don't have...

    One day, I will!

I have a Springfield 1911 A1 I bought it about 15 years ago. I don't shoot it a lot, but its a nice gun to shoot. I just got a brass catcher for it so I don't have to pick up the brass. [pirate]

Not quite a full size 1911 but....

My Baby - Colt Combat blue with Pachmyer grips, 45ACP of course.

We've been going steady since 1974. Ramped with SW style adjustable sight.

I get a warm fuzzy feeling just thinking about her. [headbang]

Not quite a traditional full size, but I have a Springfield high capacity 1911A1. The high capacity just fit my hand so much better then the single stack so even though it is a GI model I went with it.

Yup, I'm a big fan. I currently carry a 3" kimber, but that is being traded for a Wilson. Woo Hoo! Also have a Kimber Warrior and a Les Baer TRS. Unfortunately, all my shooting friends are in love with the various plastic pistols, so it's hard to find anyone to share my interest with. Maybe someday they will see the light.
