How many full size 1911 fans?

I am a full size 1911 fan. It just fits my hand perfectly. Does anyone else feel this way?

I absolutely love shooting my Springfield 1911 A-1 It feels so nice in the palm of your hand. I put on some tritium night sights and it's just perfect for me. Here's a pic of my baby I want this one real bad but, I ain't that rich. :mrgreen:

I keep trying other 45s but keep coming back to the only 45 auto available when I started shooting---the 1911. And the full size government model is still my favorite.

Despite trying alternatives over the years such as the Smith M645 and M4506, the SIG P220, the Glock G21 and the XD45 I keep coming back to the full size 1911. Its still the best gun in a 45acp despite its age.

I feel my full size single stack 1911s are the epitome of what a fighting
handgun should be. I keep trying different things but still keep coming back to the government 1911. I still have other types of 45 ACPs (a
SIG P220, Smith M4506, XD45) but I still always go to the 1911.
