    Default Place to shoot/camp

Due to the extremely short notice on this I thought I'd post it here as opposed to the usual forum. I have a friend coming from out of town for a few dad in a week or two to do some camping/shooting. Does anyone know a place we can go that would a) not have a ban, b) allow a fire outside or stove in the tent, and c) allow shooting out to 200 yards? I honestly don't care how far it is even if it's something like Comanche grasslands or pretty far into the mountains. If you know of a place please give specifics here or through pm, I need to find a spot quick and ask for time off before school starts back up for him.

    Hot sulfer springs.

Just to the east was a primitive type cg next to the river. Goes out to 200 yards. Just may have to check and see if iut's open.

Does the Practical Pistol range have targets/props setup, etc? Like IPSC style stages, or steel? Or do you need to bring your own?

Unless your running a match I do not think they will open the sheds for ya. There is nothing set up unless a match is going on or going to happen.

If you ever get there and it is set up a group did that. In years past we would set up the afternoon before only to find out the next morning .....

For the informal ranges at Frontier I take steel and a few stands. Hope this helps.
I see you running, tell me what your running from

Nobody's coming, what ya do that was so wrong.

Del fuego I like that spot you showed. Might have to get more details on camping sites. For the one in new Mexico is it out in the desert for somewhat wooded? What's the range like? Thanks guys.
