    The south platte is good.

    State wildlife areas offer opportunities but I can't comment on them. I always hunt on private land.

    That sounds nice. The Platte usually sucks. There are a few ducks but they get pretty smart pretty fast. The biggest problem on the Platte is the people. If you dont want someone to set up on top of you look into the reservation system or dont hunt the weekends. Even during the week is questionable. The farther east you go the better.
