Stay away from EagleFirearms.net!!!! Just take a look at the dealer and range reviews forums to find out what folks think about them..

Pete (aka LegalTransfers over at AR15.COM) at www.ar15sales.com will take care of you, give you a better price and make sure you're getting exactly what you want! Not to mention that Pete is just plain ol' good people.

the price from Pete also includes shipping, the only thing is he charges 2% more if you use a credit card.

Pete charged me the same with a credit card when I ordered my RRA midlength upper. Is the 2% credit card charge something new?

I placed my first order with him the end of March. he had quoted me a price on a midlength upper, then when I went to place the order he said there was a 2% fee for credit card. which isn't a big deal because it still was a good price. I also paid the fee on my order I placed the first part of April. maybe your a better customer than me. [postal]

After TRYING to deal with Eagle with no success, Pete gets all my business now. Great prices, fast shipping, and NO TAXES!

That can't be it. That was the only purchase I made with Pete, just after he started accepting credit cards. It's probably something new or it might have been worth it to not add the 2% since it was a direct ship from RRA. Don't know, but thanks for the heads-up.
