    Default 100 rd drum

Just bought my first AR and was wondering if anyone has bought/used a 100rd drum and the reliability of it. Should I just stick to the 20 and 30 rd GI's?

I have a beta and havent had any problems with it. Expensive and heavy, but high on the CDI scale.

very cool if you have a M16. with an AR your finger gets tired fast and it is very heavy. i say get one. they might not be around for long. its not something i shoot all the time but it is fun for what it is.

    After the roller-coaster @ SMM3Gun, it's clear to me...

I need a 100rd with either the clear body or just the clear back.

Where's a good place to buy one?

No, partly waiting on a "good deal", and partly waiting to pay off my credit-card from last month.

when i had my AR, i owned one, i think it was 120 round though, im not sure.... anyways, it wasnt the beta type, it was the chinese typer, and i found the last 20 rounds wouldnt load properly. Not sure if i didnt wind it enough, but its either a 120 rounder that doesnt feed the last 20, or a flawless 100 rounder :P

PS, its the one pictured here:
