    Default My First Buck

This guy was a hog. 5X4 and his carcass weight was 106lbs. Butcher said they normally run around 70lbs

Walking back to the car after the action died down and this guy was standing there with another small 2x2. I didn't even see him until my son pointed him out.

Took all my strength to get him out of the river and up the bank. The river cooled him off real nice as well! Barely got him in the back of the 4runner as well.

Nice! Congrats on your first kill. Still waiting for mine with archery. Where were you hunting?
But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever.

Well technically its my second. Got a doe last year in the same area. Saw lots of nice bucks as well. This year the property owners showed me pics of 3 bucks on their drive way, with one of them being 6x6, and all of them whitetail.

This year we passed on some nice does to try to get a nice buck. Wasn't gonna pass this one up.
