    Default CCW class in lakewood

Where is it recommended to take the class in the Lakewood area ? I had one and it expired right when Covid got big, so I pretty much had to let it expire. Now I have to take the class again. The first time ( probably 12-15 years ago) I took it at I local church.

Thanks for all the suggestions ? This place is not nearly as " popular" as I thought it would be.

We have a great class where I work, but I dont want to piss off the mods for advertising it without being an industry partner of the forum...

I'll respond to your snark with some of my own- if you're dissatisfied that members didn't snap-to to give you info that you can easily find on Google, don't feel obligated to stick around (especially given your urgency in waiting three years to address your failure to renew)

THIS^^^^ especially when a new class isn't required for renewal if you have a valid permit.

    "Handgun Training Certificate
As long as your permit remains current with the Sheriff’s Office, you do not need another training certificate." (https://www.jeffco.us/437/Renewal-Applicant)

Since everyone else is dog piling on you for your impatience, I?ll just say that my permit was also set to expire when the virus was at its peak. I still went and renewed mine.

Hope you get it all sorted out.

My apologies for piling on. I recall you saying elsewhere you aren't that internet savvy.

For those that find themselves in the same boat, it appears Jefferson County doesn't require you to go in for a renewal (I know El Paso County renews without a visit too.) It can easily be done without leaving home.

Do you need a new class? Or do you just want to take a new class?
