Good Shooting Tim! I'm glad to hear you got a Speed Goat. The best Antelope I've ever tasted was the one my Father - in - Law cooked a few years ago. He somehow boiled it in a Boiling Bag with a marinade. Served with mashed potatoes, gravy, onions, mushrooms and green beans. And for dessert we had a peach cobbler he made in a dutch oven, All this on an open fire at Elk Camp! Enjoy your steaks bud, can't wait to see the pics.
