Good Going car-15. I came out empty handed this weekend. I saw plenty of Deer and Moose but, no Elk! Congrads to HunterCo and your hunting pard for getting some wapiti.

Good job Car-15 I shot a 2 prong a few years ago muzzleloader best deer I ever ate.

I had no luck this weekened did not see anything not even a track. I hiked saturday morning all the way to the divide it about killed me but I was hell bent to get my elk. I now sit at home sore as hell with both my tags in the trash can.

I guess I cant complain I filled the antelope tag and my hunting partener filled and elk tag. half an elk and half an antelope is not so bad.

Next weekened is opening day for pheasants KS I can't wait the dog is ready to go. This year should be awsome since there was no drought.

KS was good not the best I have ever seen it but we got 33 birds in a day and a half. I have not shot that good in a long time almost every bird that came up when I broke the trigger it went down.

The ones out 60 yrds I did not do so good but I had a great time.

    Here is to hunting.

I came fairly close to hitting a 4 or 5 point buck out by Byers on the way home from the jobsite tonight. Bigass deer, just about to mosey across 36. Saw a big 3-pointer doing the same across Parker Road IN PARKER on a Saturday around noon a few weeks ago. Too bad you can't take those guys down.

My dad and I are planning to go to eastern CO for pheasants day after Thanksgiving, as is our tradition. In ten years neither of us have gotten anything, and I don't expect it to change this year.

I'm jealous!!! My Dog wants to bite me! I haven't missed opening day bird hunting in a very long time. Sounds like you guys did pretty good. I'm still in survival mode, just trying to keep my head above water starting my own business. I hope to make it out to Neb. around Thanksgiving. Save some birds for me will ya!!!!

I took my 8 year old boy out to Cheyenne Wells Saturday for pheasant. We had a ball, and got 2 birds. At least we weren't skunked. The weather was great, but it sure was dry out there.
