Also look at just using sandpaper and a mousepad. Buddy showed me this. I was able to take a chipped up BK2 and bring it to shave hair off my leg. Start at 600grit then 1000, then 2000.
2000 will cut hair. This is a grit used in straight razor sharpening.
Also- using a mousepad or other soft surface such as nail file makes the blade convexed- giving a stronger edge with more steel behind it.
