Hey everyone,

On the 15th at about 21:00 I sent and e-mail to Apex Tactical about some products they produce, the next day at 14:53 I received a call while I was at work, not answering because it was an LA number, I figured it wasn't important...

I later check my voice mails on lunch and find it was Jon from Apex Tactical giving me a call because he felt it easier to communicate about the products than verbally and said if he didn't hear back from me he'd just shoot back and e-mail.

So today, about 11:45 after feeding my 6 mo old I give him a call back, I reach a receptionist who checks if he's available, and I get right on the line with him, it turns out, he was just in the process of replying to my e-mail, so after refreshing his memory of who I was and my concerns, we got right to business.

He was explaining the differences in the parts I had asked about, what the purpose is, function, compatibility, everything. We we're having a very pleasant conversation with the occasional laugh and bullshit here and there.

But really, He answered all my questions, he was a great guy to talk to, very knowledgeable of his products and the platforms at which they produce them for.

I have nothing but great things to say, I currently Enjoy the Apex Duty Carry Enhancement Kit on my M&P 9 and I got all the information I needed from Jon to feel comfortable in making my next purchase from Apex.

Come this next pay day, I'll be finding myself ordering a RAM and AEK Trigger for my M&P and probably another DCAEK for my Mom's M&P I just bought her.

Long story short, If you're looking for Great Products, from a good company with fantastic Customer service and quality, Apex Tactical Specialties Inc., all the way!!
