    Default Pine area?

Going up to the pine area sunday. I'd heard there was a place to shoot up there. Anybody got directions?

    Thanks

    Default Pine

    Hey Wulf,

I am going up there this morning myself, let me know if you would like to get together. I have a good spot.

Can I get some more details guys? Are these closer than the South location down by Woodland Park? I'm in Parker.

Me and the grandkid have a whole barrel full of soda cans we need to slaughter.

There is an official place to shoot near Pine - Camp Fickes:

    http://www.bcgc.com/fickes/

Currently you'll be shooting on our 600 yard KD range and able to shoot shorter range (pistol) between the pits and the impact area. We are in the process of adding another range that will be out to 100 yards.

Be aware - the USFS is trying to outlaw ALL recreational shooting from the national forest land. This area and this club are on the front end of the whole issue. Bottom line is the USFS refused to renew our (www.bcgc.com/club) lease if we did not open up a public access to our range.

    HTH and good luck, 9H.
