Well, almost six years later... I finally finished it . I would start it and stop reading for a couple of weeks and have to start over. My GF and I were talking one night and she reminded about audio books. I looked it up on amazon and there it was, narrated by Dave himself. I started it about a month or so ago and finished just now (18 hours 44 minutes long). I would mostly listen to it whenever I was driving. Really, really, beneficial book. I am looking forward to finding more audio books now that I have found a way that I can enjoy them.
