I think the angle of the picture of that medic is just right to make it look like she is flagging herself, but she probably isn't in that exact moment. However I can't think of many reasons to hold a pistol like that.
Edit, never mind, with the way her hand is clamped over the barrel she is asking for trouble no matter where it is pointed.

Looks legal to me but I'm not an expert. The out of state area code, and the 'begging' tone are the only things that make me think twice. ;-) Maybe some 18 year old, with extra $$$, has a lot of firearms he wants to suppress...... in Boulder.

It's obvious they passed a background check on each one and are complying with all of Shitcago's laws. I didn't see a high capacity clip in there. So I don't know what you're problem is.
