Apparently it's a hundred dollar rear view mirror for your rifle.

Not a chance it's for peeking around corners. It is a bad idea if you think about it. You never stick your weapon into an unchecked space, which you'd have to do to get the mirror far enough to give you a view around a corner, given where it's mounted in the pics.

BUT!!! If you get that picatinny muzzle break, THEN mount this to it... it might work. That'll scream 'bad ass.'

Makes more sense using it for corners. Better than sticking your head out.

While my head is (probably) worth more than the $99 they are asking, it's just a piece of plastic with what looks like an automotive mirror stuck on.

You're right. Thats pretty much what it is. Never said I agreed with the cost. Just thought it was kind of a cool idea.

I agree it's cool idea for corners and for $20 it'd be a slam dunk. The first hit that thing takes and it's going to break anyway.

It's for ease of applying mascara and lipstick!

So does that mean they will be coming out with a version for the Glock soon?

They'll probably come out with a version for a Hi-Point first.
