Damn near broke my knuckle. It's so swollen now it's getting difficult to type. Good thing it was a glancing blow and I don't carry a Desert Eagle.

My Serpa CQC holster would totally be fine upside down. ...And yes, it's what I wear around the house most of the time. It's simple, comfortable, and relatively cheap.
No, I won't take upside-down pictures.

Seen folks ALMOST do this on several occasions. People show up to the range all the time with a serious case of the dumbs.
