Looks photo shopped, look where his arms go down to and appears he has them in his pockets, then look at the reflection in the glass. The blue shirt is showing a lot more. It appears the chopper tired to blur out the glass.
Sad is it doesn't need to have him as the center piece of the pic, the car on its side with the old lady hanging in there looking out is more than enough..............

^^^ The wife and I couldn't agree with you more. That was a stupid assed commercial which made me want to avoid the drink more than anything else.
