Kind of like a drunk guy that is toying around with his "unloaded" gun at a party. Probably nothing going to happen. It's probably unloaded like he says.

But man, it makes you uncomfortable, because you have no way to know if it is, and you don't trust his ass, and you sure as hell don't want it pointed at you in case he pulls the trigger like a stupid.

Backhoe is probably safe 99/100 times... but you're really trusting the people who maintain it, and the guy who parked it, and you don't play Russian Roulette even if the revolver has a 100 round cylinder. There's more things that can happen that just equipment failure. (ground instability, earthquake, etc.)

I'm more uncomfortable about how the picture doesn't scare me than anything.

This weekend while at a poker party this guy had a nerf gun and he held it with his finger on the trigger, even while sitting on the table, and had it pointed right at my face. It was driving me crazy and I thought, "Now here's a guy who doesn't own a real gun." [/Frank Calendo doing John Madden voice]

I liken that pic and the possibility of failure to base jumping with a wing suit purchased on the discount "seconds" rack and imported from China.

Yeah, that would fluster me too. Same reasons.

Why weren't you stomping his dick in the dirt?

    Euphemistically speaking of course.

You should've pulled out your CCW, pointed it at his head, sainyg "I'm in fear for my life", and then later claim you didn't see the orange tip when the swat team came and pinned you down.

PS if you want to have fun with people, get a long length of 1/2" pvc. PERFECT DIAMETER for both nerf darts and double AA batteries. Use as a blow dart gun - makes nerf hurt like paintball and leave marks if long enough. It used to be a running thing at my old shop.... after the "war" it was a long running game to sneak in hits. E.g. I was typing away once when suddenly 1/2" pvc slid between the crack under my monitor out of nowhere. I hit the deck, f the client.

Caution: AA batteries out of like 10' will break shit and probably make people bleed.

What happens when an unemployed basement millennial inherits their parent's retirement fortune.

There's a waste of oxygen. We had/have nuts in my generation, but they didn't get air time.

    ...for a reason.
