    Well, I did learn that I need to make up a small "generator prep kit" with things like a chemlight, latex gloves, spark plug wrench, bulb syringe, etc.

    Crawled out from under my rock.

    When the SHTF, I am coming over to your place. Not to pillage or take stuff from you and not to have you feed and protect me. And darn sure not to watch those prepper shows on your generator-powered television. Mostly just to drink beer and watch you run around starting and fueling your generators, deploying your weapons, and whatever else it is you do. Heck, if I film it you might get your own prepper show.

    Spare plug and gapper with the gap written down. Spare pull handle and cord.

    Really? Does a Honda generator illuminate itself, operate on gas that doesn't stink, and never need the spark plug changed?! I guess for 10x the cost of mine it should..
