    Keep in mind, folks in the Northeast are still struggling with clean water few weeks after sandy. While plenty of bottled water are being distributed, those who's lacking access to clean water for 'hygiene' and other reasons are risking running into many health issue. Flu season is here, pile of garbage are still unattended, more people in smaller area for those who are in the shelter can increase chances of diseases. Hygiene is part of survival to fight off sickness, and water plays extreme important part of it.

    That makes sense. Or you could do what the english did during the black plague, make lots of beer and drink heavily to survive... LOL

    I'm reading One Second After right now and the hygiene and disease prevention issue is heavily highlighted in the first half of the book. This is not something I was really ever worried about, but with little HoneyBadger due in March, I'm definitely concerned now.
