Default Wild game meat processing pueblo

Where do you pueblo guys get your meat processed at? I usually get mine at Steves in Arvada, but don't want to drive from here to there to get an antelope done.

Try Jensen's in Fowler. They're clean, USDA inspected and honest. I don't know if they process game but they are the best around.

Antelope are easy and small, like dog, I helped my friend do 2 last year ourselves in the garage.

if you look online you should be able to find diagrams or sketches for the primal cuts, but pretty easy if you do it

Just do it your self if you have space and an open evening or afternoon. You could buy all the supplies you need that would start saving you money after 2 deer or antelope butchered. Plus you know your getting your own meat.

Try Brink's Meat Market by SouthSide Walmart or Double J's on East 4th.

Try Mauro's in Blende across the road from Peppe's. They do a good job.
