whats up with this weather.....

went out on the river after ducks today. had a few land in our decoys before shooting light so we waited but they spooked out of there before the time came. It is just too warm.

looking out at the extended forecast it seems like we aren't going to get much for storms this whole month. maybe a little bit of cold, but it just doesn't seem like enough to get any good duck hunting in. I was pretty disappointed today.

No kidding. I went out to take the dog for a run this morning all geared in cold weather gear, completely prepared for the cold and I was sweating my ass off the whole time.
