I shoot 540 yds at the new Frontier south range when no-one else is on the rifle ranges. We are working on a 1k range. Frontier has big plans for a 35 point KD range but is short on funds; I'm trying to get them to put up at least an impact berm so we can use the section laid out for 1k for longer than 300 yard shooting when more than one person is there. 540 is about it to keep it in the 300 yard berm without breaking the 180 towards the pistol ranges on the east side of the property.

If you don't mind going up the mountain, there are some gulch areas off the 77 road out of Lake George where you can set up your own range and shooter longer distances in the Pike National Forest. Marksbury Gulch is one I've used before.

Lastly, you can get day access to a beautiful 600 yard KD range by following the instructions here:

From the Springs go up to Woodland Park, take 67 to Deckers, then 126 towards Buffalo Creek. Take a left on FR550. Stay on 550 and take the right fork at the Wellington Lake turnoff (sign says "Bailey" to right). 4 miles past the cattle guard the BCGC gate is on your left. If you hit another Y (550/549) you went too far. Back tack 3/10ths to the gated road.
