Looking for a laborer who doesn't mind shoveling in the heat. The job is for an excavating contractor, specifically the site utilities division. Future potential and upward mobility goes like this. App 1 year depending on individual =laborer, approximately 2 years as pipe layer which is still a labor job, just more skilled with less shoveling, then some equipment operation eventually leading to full time operation of loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other heavy equipment. Strong basic math skills are a plus. For the right guy, the above schedule can be accellerated. Initial pay in the $15 per hour range. Average work hours 40-55. Denver local area. The work is hard, but there is a lot of down time while the operators dig and backfill. Pm if interested.
