So, they finally made me permanent at work and bumped me up so am going to need to hire at least one person at work to take over a lab.

I thought I would list it here for any of us to see if there was any interest...
You should be able to solder. Pretty much technician duties to start...
Scope
Assembling PC / Server systems, system storage configurations, OS and tools installations, running scripts.
Organizing and maintaining lab inventory, purchasing tools, brackets, screws, etc. as needed.
Report issues and progress on a daily basis to team lead.
Troubleshoot issues found with components and systems.
Working with other groups, vendors in resolving the systems, lab issues.
Skills
Hands on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Organizing and maintaining lab inventory, purchasing tools, brackets, screws, etc. as needed.
Troubleshooting (hardware and software) experience with Intel-based personal computers.
Ability to follow procedures, setup tests, monitor, organize and record data
Debugging skills
Ability to learn new skills
Self-starter/motivated
Able to work without direct supervision
Ability to adjust to dynamic/changing requirements
Organizational skills (regarding equipment and data)
Communicate issues/problems, both written and verbally (in a timely manner)
Education
