blackhawk holster recall

I dont know if anyone here uses one of them but, I got a call from my gunshop buddy, blackhawk recalled the m&p serpa holster model #c1215
seems part of it can catch the trigger and cause the weapon to discharge, if this is old news sorry.

It might not be old news (dont know really) but every time someone shows up at a match with a Serpa, I advise them to reconsider. That and I make sure I am not squadded with them.
