Buy a Lee 1000 Pro progressive pistol press in 10mm and stock up on bullets and brass.
Shooting the 10mm is just as inexpensive as any other cartridge like the 9mm if you reload.
They usually have factory re-man units w/ dies, powder measure, etc complete for $99

The larger the reloading component quantities that you buy the cheaper per round it becomes. (Glock does not recommend using cast bullets) I personally practice with my 10mm using Ranier copper plated cast bullets.
One other note: My personal experience has since kept me away from Starline brass.(It is the least expensive) I now use Win and Federal. New Winny is about $120/500
