    Default Edge Pro

Is anyone using this sharpening system? http://www.edgeproinc.com/

This looks like a well thought out design.

    Thank you

Watched one of the videos. Looks okay. Not sure what the degree range is. The Apex 4 kit looks like the base model for me.

I'd look at the Wicked Edge with the diamond strop pack.

I like the polishing tapes. I've got a knife that would look cool with a polished edge (if it didn't cut any better).

Been using a Edgepro Apex for many years. Works great, very EZ to get consistent results.

EDC knives stop at 400 or 600 grit, kitchen knives 600 or 1000 grit. For the last few passes run the stones dry which somewhat increases the grit. Touch up with a ceramic rod between sharpenings.

Would suggest the Apex II or III for a kit.
