OK, what are all the "Levels"

Actually, the SSDG I had looked up and found before, but just didn't recall (you'll notice I didn't ask what it was, just say I felt I should know it.
However, a stick enumerating the levels (as I started in my OP) would indeed be informative, and preclude much of the asking.
