Nordic never made their extensions out of aluminum. They made couplers for Lancer, however those were prone to failure. The new 48 round Lancers are supposed to be better, my replacement is supposed to be on the way back in the "new" style. The Surefire 60 round mags are not reliable. Sure, the 10 or so that belong to the team Surefire sponsored shooters work, but not the rest. I've seen more people tank stages in 3Gun with 60 round surefires than anything else. I encourage all of my competitors to use Surefire mags...they move me up in the rankings with no effort from me at all.

The black Nordic extensions are more durable and will last longer than the clear. Just drill a few witness holes if you want to see your rounds.
