10mph you can work with
if a flag is totally horizontal ...good luck (15mph+) its windy out here

read the ultimate sniper cover to cover then read it again, not cheap
the old blue army sniper employment manual is decent too and cheap, $6 (section on mirage)

needed data inputs can be found on ammo manufacturers websits

you dont need a class, save your $ for ammo and good optics or
take it to the next level and learn to reload with good components (nosler manual is good reading too)

spend the time, effort and expense to build yourself a really good and heavy shooting table

the humble old school mil-dot is plenty
