    Default Springs Armory (CoS)

Tried searching and save for two posts mentioning FFL transfer prices, found nothing.

    Springs Armory in Colorado Springs.

Found them recently, their facebook store page is like the first hit when you type in "gun store Colorado Springs" into google. I think they only started up this last year, because I don't remember them before.

They're located out east, between Peterson and Schriever, and do not operate a retail storefront in some strip mall. They sell guns and post thier specials and/or what's in stock on thier facebook page (like it to see it on your feed, duh). A lot of what they post for sale are lower priced guns that are decent for CCW, etc. But they seem to operate on a system where you ask what you're looking for, and they'll see about getting it for you. Their fb page is descriptive, describing a desire to offer a gun store that's not like the other "big" stores, and largely it feels this way when dealing with them.

Big thing is thier FFL transfers, should you buy elsewhere, are only $15.00, $5 for each additional. $20 for two guns, can't beat that!

Real small business, and run by a young couple (Justin and Tammy), not the usual crotchety old man with a beard who will tell you why your gun sucks or grumble about an FFL transfer for something you didn't buy from him

They've been busy this month, but who hasn't in the gun retail biz?

No complaints. People who you want to give your money to.

Apparently they're also setting up a shooting range out there? That's pretty good for folks around here who need a place to shoot and don't like Dragonmans.

You can use the discount code 'Take5' for 5 bucks off.

Just went to see Justin and Tammy 10 days ago and talked about the range. It seems the 'zoning' cost to the county is unbearable. And based upon the number Justin shared with me I don't blame them for pulling back on this. Great couple and happy with my purchase so far!

I got a great deal on a Glock 19 Gen4 from them. They were both very nice, easy to deal with. I will probably check with them first before my future gun purchases from now on.

Girlscouts? Hmmm, I don't know... I think it's kinda dangerous to teach young girls self esteem and leadership skills.
