I finally broke something from lee! I dropped my damn large primer adapter from my challenger breech lock press and the ear broke off. So I have to either order a $7 part or upgrade presses.
Beta tested the Kazoomatic spent primer unit. A brief moment of clarity shows why the 650 shines as a pistol caliber press. I might move the 550 oer a bench and fill that spot with another 650. If i can dump an upper, or optic, to cover it.

Since the bullet I like from Hornady is temporarily suspended, I loaded another .338-06 test batch with 225 Accubonds. Had to start all over, really... the Win brass I've been using is done for, so I switched to reforming LC 43 .30-06 brass. Thanks, Jack! RIP.
Found an AMERC in 38spl pc of brass while tumbling some. Ended up going through all the 38 i purchased in that deal, makng sure it was a loner.

Just out of curiosity, what made you decide on the .338-06 vs a .35 Whelen? I know I will eventually do a swap barrel on my Savage .30-06, but haven't decided which of the bigger bullets to go with. The smaller caliber seems easier to choose for the barrel swap, .260 Rem barrel will do just about anything with the right bullet selection.
