I'll second that, I've run the same test with 55gr FMJ's and 55gr V-max and had pretty much the same results.

Good to know. I do have a bunch of old SMK's in stock though. What's the shelf life on an SMK?

Loaded 250 Nosler 55gr varmints using benchmark. First time using the NV's. Impressed with their OAL consistency.

We talkin' Romaine, Bib, or what?

Seriously, tonight, I set up my newly arrived Dillon Super Swager on the bench, oh, wait, Fed Ex changed the delivery date from today, to tomorrow. Never mind. Fedex just put the "common" in common carrier.

Loaded up 200 rounds of Barnes 110 gn TSX solids in 300 Whisper for Texas pig hunting. About 19-20 gns of H-110 pushing them as fast as they can.

About half way done resizing 500 85 gn .312 Hornady XTPs down to .3085 for use in 30 Carbine and 300 Whisper. Might finish up the other half tonight.

I got the new swager set up. And I "semi-auto-ed" it. Sweeet. I also mostly ran out of powder. Now I have a "little bit" of RL15, 748, and N135. Also running out of .224 bullets.

Update, I got two pounds of N135 today to get me through, and 200 Hornady 55gr V-max. That gives me some buffer to keep stopping by all the shops between Ft. Collins and Colorado Springs.

Somewhere, in this huge world, there is an 8lb jug of 748. I will find it.
