I got my 50 Beowulf dies tonight. Now the fun begins, Again.
Assembled numerous shelving units over the past month and did some spring/summer cleaning
Tumbling about 1K cases of .45 that I had been meaning to do for a couple months.
Loaded up about 1000 rounds of 9mm, 125gn Colorado Cast bullets, and got them ready to go last week.
Tested 8 various loads (2 bullets, same powder) at the range, found one that is extremely accurate! Got 1" groupings at 10yds, was very excited (probably the best grouping I've ever had). Good thing I've got 1k of those bullets and plenty of that powder too.
Ran home and loaded up 250 of those. Going to reload the other batch and go with a larger charges too and test again.
Last night I ran 100 .204 brass through a type S bushing die a couple of times. Now I got 100 .17/.204 brass trimmed, primed, and ready to load once I know what I need for COAL.
Trying to get this rt1200 trimmer set up correctlyi'm probably being too anal about it set up right.
