Worked up two batches of .45's for the new cast boolit. Accurate makes some darn nice mold blocks.

Game on - WSF vs. Unique.

What's your objective(s) for this test? Of course we all know that nothing beats Unique!

Well, this bullet profile isn't much different than what I was using before, so I just went a little bit up and down from the old data just to see if the sweet spot changed due to bearing surface, flat base vs bevel base, etc. I've been using WSF as it meters a little better, but I want to have the Unique load dialed in just in case WSF isn't available. I always have Unique lying around. I just figured if I'm going to set up the chrono for testing, I might as well do them both at once.

    Profile is the 45-230E

I am not officially Lee-less in the reloading room quite yet - I'm casting for a guy's .38-55 with a Lee mold, but I don't use Lee for any of my stuff. It's a step forward.

Unique is king. Well, other than Clays, Titegroup, N310 and Bullseye, it is king.

    TG... with lead?

I've used Clays and liked it quite a bit for a mild 200 gr lswc load. For some reason, I never liked Bullseye... I know it was used in military .45 for many years, I just never thought it did a better job than Unique. I haven't used N310, so no comment.

I like Clays, Red Dot, WST, Bullseye. But I'm with zombie on questioning TG for lead...?

    I've not used N310 either. I really like N340 with plated/FMJ however!
