I haven't reloaded for rifle yet but perhaps I need to re-read the section in my manuals about rifle case prep while I try to track down the stuff I need/want/can-afford.
Don't give up. No matter what else is going on, there is always brass to be prepped.

    My system for .223:
    Deprime
    Tumble
    Swage
    Lube and size
    Tumble
Case gage to sort out the cases that need to be trimmed from the cases that are ready to load.
    Trim the long ones
Hand prime all of the cases

The primed cases are ready to load when you have powder and bullets.
It's not fast, but the rounds come out consistent.

Friday: Loaded 200 .223's up. Saturday, I loaded 170 45 ACP and 200 9mm. Tomorrow will clean up the bench and decap/resize/bell and prime about 500 pcs of 9mm brass for use at a future date.

Finished filling up several hundred pieces of already prepped .30 carbine brass. Gotta tumble the lube off this afternoon.

    Last night (Sunday):

Loaded up the last of my 423gr bullets for my .40-65 BPCR.

Checked out the latest 430gr bullets for the .40-65, discovered that they are not from the same style mold. Not good.

Got frustrated and went to bed.

Started throwing charges and seating bullets in the 400 rounds of 45 Colt brass that I prepped and primed last week.

I sat at my computer today and watched my powder travel about 500 miles. I should have it by tomorrow.
