Wow, I totally misread your post. I imagined that you were TRIMMING the 40s&w brass, not sizing it.

What's your reasoning for decapping/priming off the press? Don't want your press getting dirty or do you have a progressive/turret/whateverhtehellthey'recalled press where all stages are done on one press?

I've got a single stage and do everything on the press and simply vacuum up particles of carbon and crushed walnut when it gets obviously dirty. I have a feeling I'll eventually need to apply some lube of some sort to the ram, but living in the desert with next to zero percent humidity, the chance of rust on the ram is quite low.
