At some point you will move your press, so pick a place that works for you, mount it to a piece of plywood or another base and use some c clamps to hold it in place. Once you find the place that works best, you can make it more permanent. Eventually you will want a mount that brings your press up to a good working height.I just got an Ultramount from inlinefabrication.com for my Dillon 550B.
