I went down that rabbit hole, trying to decide if it was worth it.

Given parts/time cost of building one, vs the simplicity of the FA tumbler, I just bought the FA tumbler.

Not always do I make the "right" choice in that regard. Hence why my garage and desk are full of parts, pieces, and tools for projects.

On the low budget, wet tumbler.


Cruise CL for a used, usually under $50 treadmill

buy and take home.

remove the tread, take anything off not attached to the front / motorized section.

While you're staring at the project buy what ever size plastic ROUND container you want. That's the start
