I finally got a nice soft recoiling load in 41 Special. 4.0 gns of TrailBoss under a 215 gn coated Gallant bullet. I wanted to use Universal Clays, but it didnt work out as well as I would have liked.

Finding something comfortable to shoot that also shoots point of aim/point of impact for a mellow load was a bit of a challenge as the S&W model 58 is a fixed sight revolver. Both front and rear are fixed.

Starline shipped my brass right after I ordered even though it wasnt listed as in stock.

I spent a few minutes chamfering and deburring 500 virgin cases. It isnt a "have to" deal, more of a cant hurt might help thing. I have been doing it for 41 Mag and 454 since forever. And it is a one time bad deal so why not.
