Kershaw Select Fire. Most practical aircraft mechanic knife I've ever found; I changed the bits out to what I specifically needed for our aircraft. I've used this thing every day for over a year now, not quite beating the hell out of it but it's been well used all over the world and it's still as solid as the day I bought it.

I carry a CRKT M16-12Z
Smith & Wesson First Responders. Stainless steel serrated blade, thumb stud, liner lock black rubber inset, seat belt cutter, and glass breaker. 3 1/4" blade. 4 3/4" closed. I love this knife.
