Really, after 2013-07-01, it won't be legal to sell a Glock 19 or most any mid- or full-size handgun with a magazine. The 10-round magazine is easily convertible to 15 rounds standard capacity with factory parts, then of course +2 with the extender = 17.

That's what will kill this legislation in court, but it may take some time.
