    Maybe he should look into doing guided hog hunts if he has that many on his land. Even if he just charged for lodging and had someone there drive the hunters out to where they see the hogs the most he could get some off season income and take care of his hog problem.

    Got 11 near Detroit TX last time I visited my dad. This one was 319lbs and was taken with a 45-70.

    That's awesome. My boy and I are going down just east of Amarillo in April for some hogs.

    It does look fun. My outlaws live in Lubbock, but talking to them they were under the impression there's no hogs in the area, they're all further SE. How far east of Amarillo do you have go to find some?

    There are hogs near Amarillo. That is where I hunted them. My brother in law bagged a 300 pounder. Further south is better hunting though.

    Just did some Google research, I guess there now are hogs in and around the Lubbock area. I may have to end up getting cozy with the outlaws after all...

    I've been hog hunting in Wichita Falls, TX before. Seen ads to hunt them in OK too.
