    I ordered 3 BCG's on 2/16.......nothing yet......... I will not be doing business with them again.

    It only took 6 days after they charged my cc to ship. What great service. A huge -1

    Just saw that my cc was hit today for a "in stock" BCG I ordered in JANUARY. I think I am gonna dispute the charge and wait 4 months to send the BCG back.

    Default RGUNS UPS Shipment Notification

    Why would anyone order anything from anyone who states they will take 4+ weeks to ship in stock items? If its in stock it should ship by the next business day.

    I am clearly in the wrong business....

    Ha oh man I guess ill have to check my credit card...what day in January did you order yours? I think I ordered mine January 28th...or somewhere around there... 4 weeks ago they said it would be shipping in 2 weeks haha

    Default RGuns: Never, Never Order From These Tools

    OK. I was wrong about RGuns. They truly suck. Bad. I was willing to give them some slack. I ordered on Feb 26 only stuff that was "In Stock". That was over 13 weeks ago. I no longer need or want anything I ordered. Lots of you guys said, "Don't do it", but I didn't listen. I placed the order anyway. Now, I'm tired of the order hanging over my head and I emailed them to cancel the order.

    This is how the exchange went:

    Please cancel this order:

    Order Number: 2268-4253-6828
    Order Date: 2013-02-16 17:53:18

    It's been over 100 days since I placed the order and I no longer want or need the items. According to your website no order cancellation fee should apply since this is well outside your 30 day time frame. My card has not been charged so it doesn't appear the order is ready to ship.

    I even cancelled the card I used for the order because I don't trust them to not charge me a "cancellation fee", even though the order was well outside their cancellation window.

    What an asshole... I'm glad you posted this, I'll be happy to keep my business away from there. Didn't know anything about RGUNS before, but now I know all I need to.

    That is the worst customer service response I have ever seen in my life, likewise i never did business with them and now I never will. Thanks for the heads up.
