I started mine as a budget build too. See how well that worked out haha. I wasn't aware the other xlr chassis was cheaper so you will be doing better . If anything put your money in good glass and ammo (nothing beats trigger time).

Assuming you weren't being silly, Mil and MRAD are the same thing. Milliradians are the unit of measure, those are just two different abbreviations. You probably knew that though.

Really like my AAC-SD, it is in an X-Ray chassis which really helped accuracy. Wears an Burris XTRII scope...best bang for the buck with great glass.
