It's $10K and 3 year wait on a true sword.
That's on the low end. A guy I grew up with had one that was handed down through his family for a few hundred years (made in the late 1600's or so), worth somewhere between $250K and $400K, antique yes, but can still slice through a spinal column like new! He had another one made by a famous sword master in Kyoto that cost around $22K. Yikes!
