Interesting concept. I went till 4:30 - 5:00 pm today without eating. I usually wouldn't make it past 10:00 am. Has me thinking about what I ate yesterday.

Go 4 days no food & water. day #5 when you can eat / drink is interesting, at least the first hour or so.
